Commission Agreement and TermsThank you for choosing to work with me! ‼️By commissioning me, you've agreed to the following terms for both personal and commercial use of the commissioned work, even if you haven't read this. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at [email protected] or any linked socials.Engagement GuidelinesTo ensure a smooth commission process, please provide clear details, reference sheets, and any assets required. If the commission involves printing, provide the necessary specs for physical reproduction. Ensure that character designs are legally obtained, and if AI-generated, I reserve the right to refuse the commission due to potential ethical and IP concerns.Rights UsageAs the artist, I retain the copyright to display and distribute the commission for personal or commercial use on my portfolio, digital or print, social media, or streaming platforms. Clients can request not to post on social media or streaming if they prefer. Clients have the right to ask for alterations, but specific usage rules apply, especially for commercial commissions.Content RestrictionsI refrain from creating explicit or offensive content and have some restrictions regarding underage characters, mechas, or triggering requests. Feel free to inquire via email about the feasibility of specific requests.Communication ProcessExpect ongoing communication with work-in-progress updates for your approval. Updates occur during sketch approval and after the finished lineart and color planning phase. Communication is preferably through email, but I can adjust to social media DMs if necessary.RevisionsMinor revisions are allowed without additional fees during WIP updates and upon receiving the finished commission. Major revisions are acceptable during sketch and lineart stages, but not on the finished commission.Timeline and PaymentCompletion timelines depend on the type and complexity of commissions. Payments are made through PayPal invoices, sent after sketch approval.
